tagaytay january 2016 part one: the search for beef shank soup

Posted on: January 25, 2016

just wanted to document the tagaytay trip i had with my officemates and bosses… agreed to this because… they get kinder when they eat, haha. also, i kind of like long-ish drives. it took a while to find a place to eat, but they found a little cozy place with a nice view of taal.

and the search for bulalo (beef shank or bone marrow) shizznitz is over, haha. this was served to us while it was boiling, i thought it was going to explode! it was good though, almost comparable to what my parents would cook and oh, i had two cups of rice, teehee.

they also ordered chicken and squid, these vanished in a few minutes.

so eun, it was a really satisfying lunch and the view was great too…

yun lang muna.
